She started her career in Real Estate in 2007 as a Certified Home Stager and as a General Contractor for both Washington and Oregon. She then received her Real Estate Licenses in Washington (2015) and Oregon (2019). Her education and experience have taught her the art of negotiation, contract law, and the importance of following ethical standards. This combination has assured her clients that they can move forward with confidence with her representation.

Kim has been teaching the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission Home Buyers Course for over 6 years and has provided certificates of completion to hundreds of students. This responsibility requires her to keep informed on all the new rules, regulations and programs available in the state.

In addition to buying and selling property, Kim and her husband, Mike, work together to develop land and build houses. When they are not working, they enjoy traveling, kayaking, and hanging out with friends and family. They also enjoy relaxing at home with their 3 fur babies: Luke, Leonard, and Lilly.
